Google Ads Management
OneBoost is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses create and manage Google Ads campaigns through the Google Ads API. It is operated by OneCasa Group Private Limited as part of the OneCasa Group. Authorised users connect their Google account, and our AI handles campaign creation, reporting, and optimisation — all from one dashboard.
How it works
Sign up and complete onboarding
Create your OneBoost account, fill in your business profile (name, location, category, goals), and choose a plan.
Connect your Google account via OAuth 2.0
Click "Connect Google Ads" in your dashboard. You are redirected to Google's consent screen where you authorise OneBoost to manage your ads. We never see your Google password.
A Google Ads account is created for your business
OneBoost creates a dedicated child Google Ads account under our Manager (MCC) account. This keeps your billing, campaigns, and reporting isolated from other businesses.
AI generates optimised ad copy, keywords, and targeting
Based on your business profile, location, and industry, our AI generates headlines, descriptions, and keyword lists tailored to attract local customers.
Review and launch campaigns
Preview the AI-generated ad before it goes live. Edit headlines, descriptions, or budget if needed. When ready, launch directly from your dashboard.
Track performance in real time
View impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions in your OneBoost dashboard. Data is fetched from the Google Ads API and updated regularly.
Manage and optimise campaigns
Pause, resume, or adjust campaigns anytime. Your assigned manager can also manage campaigns on your behalf based on your role settings.
Disconnect anytime
Remove the Google Ads connection from Dashboard → Campaigns → Disconnect, or revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.
What data we access
When you connect your Google Ads account, OneBoost accesses the following data through the Google Ads API:
- Google Ads account ID
- Campaign data (name, status, type, budget)
- Ad group and keyword details
- Responsive search ad headlines and descriptions
- Performance metrics: impressions, clicks, conversions, spend
How we use your data
- Campaign management: Create, edit, pause, and resume Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and responsive search ads on your behalf.
- Reporting dashboard: Display impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions so you can track campaign performance.
- AI optimisation: Analyse campaign data to generate better ad copy, keywords, and targeting suggestions.
- No sale or sharing: Your Google Ads data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
- No use for advertising by OneBoost: We do not use your Google Ads data to serve ads on our own behalf.
Security
- OAuth 2.0 for authorisation — we never see your Google password
- Refresh and access tokens encrypted at rest
- All API communication over HTTPS/TLS
- Role-based access control (owner, manager, admin)
- Hashed passwords, secure session management
Compliance
- Compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy including Limited Use requirements
- Compliant with the Google Ads API Terms of Service
- Data used only to provide requested campaign management features
- No data sold, shared for advertising, or transferred beyond what is necessary to operate the Service
Disconnecting & revoking access
You are in full control of your Google Ads connection. You can disconnect at any time using either method:
- From OneBoost: Go to Dashboard → Campaigns → Disconnect Google Ads. We immediately stop accessing your Google Ads data.
- From Google: Visit your Google Account permissions page and remove OneBoost from authorised apps.
After disconnection, all Google Ads data associated with your account is deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention and deletion.
