1. Agreement

By accessing or using BoostPad ("Service") operated by OneCasa Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BoostPad provides a platform for businesses to manage advertising (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads), leads, subscriptions, content, and a wallet for ad spend. Assigned managers may perform certain actions on behalf of business owners (e.g. creating campaigns) in accordance with their role and permissions.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must be legally able to enter into contracts and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Transmit malware or harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, overload, or impair our infrastructure.

5. Payments and Wallet

Wallet recharges, platform fees, and ad spend are governed by the pricing and payment terms presented in the Service. Refunds and disputes are subject to our policies and applicable payment processor (e.g. Stripe) terms. We may change fees with reasonable notice where permitted.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (e.g. Google, Meta, Stripe). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by OneCasa Technologies or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You grant us a licence to use your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or specific business results from using the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCasa Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or these Terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with notice where feasible. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases; we may retain and use data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
