Terms of Service

1. Agreement

OneBoost is the name of our software product and platform. OneCasa Group Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is the legal entity that operates OneBoost. OneBoost is part of the OneCasa Group family of products; it is not a separately incorporated company. By accessing or using the Service (the OneBoost website and application at oneboost.in), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneBoost is a SaaS platform that helps local businesses manage advertising campaigns through the Google Ads API and Meta Marketing API, capture and manage leads via a built-in CRM, automate follow-ups, handle wallet-based ad spend, and track analytics. Assigned managers may perform certain actions on behalf of business owners (e.g. creating campaigns, syncing leads) in accordance with their role and permissions.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must be legally able to enter into contracts and use the Service in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights.
• Misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Transmit malware or harmful content.
• Resell or sublicense the Service without our written consent.
• Use the Service in a way that could harm, overload, or impair our infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond the features the platform provides.
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access restrictions imposed by the Service or by integrated third-party APIs (Google Ads, Meta).
• Use the Service to run ads for illegal products, prohibited content, or any content that violates Google Ads or Meta Ads policies.
• Impersonate another person or entity when using the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these acceptable use requirements.

5. Google Ads & Meta Ads — Your Responsibilities

When you connect your Google Ads or Meta Ads account to OneBoost, you authorise us to access and manage your ad account data as described in our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are the authorised owner or administrator of the ad account you connect.
• All ad content, targeting, and budgets created through OneBoost must comply with Google Ads Policies and Meta Advertising Standards.
• You are the advertiser of record for all campaigns run through your connected accounts. OneCasa Group Private Limited acts as a technology provider, not the advertiser.
• You may disconnect your ad account at any time from the Campaigns page, or revoke access from your Google or Meta account settings.
• OneBoost uses the Google Ads API in compliance with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• Ad spend is charged directly to your Google Ads or Meta Ads billing account, or funded via your OneBoost wallet. OneBoost is not liable for ad spend incurred on your connected accounts.

6. Payments, Wallet, and Refunds

Wallet recharges, platform fees, and ad spend are governed by the pricing and payment terms presented in the Service. Payments are processed by Stripe; by using the wallet you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

• Wallet funds that have been allocated to or spent on ad campaigns are non-refundable.
• Unused wallet balance may be refunded upon written request within 30 days of account closure, subject to applicable transaction fees.
• Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days of the transaction by contacting support@oneboost.in.
• We may change fees or pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Google Ads API, Google OAuth), Meta (Marketing API, OAuth), and Stripe (payments). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, content, or actions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your data), is owned by OneCasa Group Private Limited or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by using the Service. You grant us a licence to use your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, specific advertising results, or any particular return on ad spend from using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneCasa Group Private Limited and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or these Terms. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneCasa Group Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your ad content, campaigns, or targeting created through the Service, (c) your breach of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any applicable law, Google Ads policies, or Meta Advertising Standards.

12. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms or our acceptable use requirements.
• Violation of Google Ads policies, Meta Advertising Standards, or other applicable platform rules.
• Non-payment, chargebacks, or fraudulent payment activity.
• Abuse of the Service, including excessive API usage or attempting to circumvent restrictions.
• Any other reason with reasonable notice where feasible.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings or by contacting support@oneboost.in.

Upon termination: your right to use the Service ceases immediately; any unused wallet balance may be refunded per Section 6; your data will be retained for up to 30 days to allow recovery, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Connected Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts will be disconnected and we will stop accessing your data.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
